On this episode of Full Contact Fighter Radio, host Jeff Meszaros and co-host James Kellaris review UFC 117: Sonnen vs. Silva, which was a huge triumph for Anderson Silva fans and a crushing defeat for fans of Chael Sonnen and his non-scripted high-quality trash talk.  What went terribly wrong?  What will happen next?  Should any of us change fan-wagons?  Will Sonnen come back and beat Silva senseless in a re-match?  Or will Vitor Belfort emerge from a monastery somewhere and punch a hole through his face?  What about Georges St. Pierre?  Did Sonnen prove that GSP could beat Silva if that match was put together?  Or is that match no more sane than the schoolyard banter of witless pre-pubescent boys?  What about Jon Fitch vs. Thiago Alves?  Did that fight prove anything?  Tune in and hear the crap we say about these fights and the others, including Junior Dos Santos' beating of Roy Nelson and Hughes' choke-out win over Ricardo Almeida, who is just the latest feather in the cap of the farmer/wrestler, who is steadily working his way through the entire Gracie family.   Then it's time to banter about the next World Extreme Cagefighting, where champion Dominic Cruz will defend his belt against the tiny-but-dangerous Joseph Benavidez.  Will he get caught in the guillotine of the bite-sized Alpha-male fighter?   Or will he glide around outside his opponents' reach and fist-swat his way to a title defense?  We're not sure, so we bring in WEC fighter Bart Palaszewski, who is fighting on the same card and, as it turns out, is also not sure what is going to happen in a great many of the WEC fights; although he's pretty sure he's got the main event figured out.  Tune in and hear what "Bartimus" has to say about his fight, his training and the rest of the card, then go back to your life, a little bit wiser for the experience.
